Sr Manager - Data Science (IND) Posted on April 16, 2026 April 16, 2026 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a Sr Manager - Data Science to lead advanced analytics, machine learning initiatives, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for managing data science teams, developing scalable models, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic business objectives. Position Responsibilities Data Science Strategy & Leadership Lead the development and execution of data science strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and mentor data science teams, ensuring technical growth and delivery excellence. Define best practices for modeling, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions. Oversee experimentation, statistical modeling, and algorithm development. Ensure models are scalable, accurate, and business-impact focused. Data Management & Insights Drive data exploration, transformation, and interpretation for business insights. Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality and availability. Translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and engineering stakeholders. Support strategic initiatives with data-backed insights and recommendations. Communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities and processes. Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in data science. Promote innovation in modeling and analytical techniques. Other Duties Perform other duties as trained and qualified. Prerequisites Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles. Proven experience leading data science teams or projects. Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL, or similar). Experience with machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling techniques. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) AWS/Azure/GCP Data Science or Machine Learning certifications. Certified Analytics Professional (CAP). Advanced certifications in AI/ML or data engineering tools. What the Role Offers Competitive compensation package.

Salary Range:
