We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to manage enterprise-scale AI/ML and data analytics initiatives for a large public sector organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project/program management expertise combined with hands-on experience leading AI transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for delivering complex technology programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies while ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, timelines, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and data analytics projects Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, QA, operations, and business stakeholders Drive Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Manage AI/ML lifecycle activities including data pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and optimization Oversee cloud-based AI initiatives using Azure or AWS platforms Review technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and API specifications Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and data standards Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Clarity PPM for project execution and reporting Present project updates and delivery status to leadership and executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of enterprise project/program management experience Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M 2+ years managing AI/ML and data analytics projects Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and data pipelines 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure or AWS AI services Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance Experience creating/reviewing AI technical documentation and API manuals Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Pay:
