Manager, BI & Analytics

The Manager of Analytics assists in the development and leads the execution of the cooperative's data and analytics strategy to support reliable, cost-effective, and member-focused electric & fiber service. This role oversees data collection, transformation, analysis, and reporting functions to deliver actionable insights that inform operational, financial, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving innovation by providing a strategic lens to data & analytics while transforming the D&A function into an innovative, business enabling function that aligns with the goals of the cooperative.
