Our Automotive division is building a best-in-class Strategy & Analytics function designed to help dealerships outperform the market. We connect digital behavior, consumer demand, and inventory realities to drive smarter marketing decisions and measurable business outcomes.
We're looking for a Strategy & Analytics Lead who operates like a business partner-not just an analyst. Someone who can take complex, multi-source data and turn it into clear, confident direction that clients actually act on.
What You'll DoStrategy & Analytics LeadershipAct as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and dealership partnersLead discovery conversations to uncover performance gaps and growth opportunitiesTranslate complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights and recommendationsFind the story in the data-not just report on itData Integration & Insight DevelopmentAnalyze and connect data across:
GA4 (digital behavior)CRM systems (sales pipeline & outcomes)Inventory & sales dataMarket demand and share trendsIdentify where marketing performance and actual sales are out of sync-and close the gapTurn fragmented data into a cohesive, actionable strategyGA4 & Technical ExecutionOwn and optimize GA4 implementations (events, conversions, attribution)Run reports, interpret trends, and extract meaningful insightsDiagnose and resolve tracking or attribution issuesEnsure accuracy and integrity across platformsClient & Sales PartnershipPartner closely with sales teams to shape strategy-not just support itParticipate in client conversations and influence decision-making with confidenceHelp position digital solutions based on real business needs and data-backed opportunitiesPerformance & Growth ImpactIdentify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and business performanceSupport client retention and expansion through strategic insightDrive measurable impact-not just analysisWhat You BringBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years in analytics, strategy, consulting, or related rolesStrong experience working in data-rich, decision-driven environmentsAutomotive experience is a plus-but not requiredTechnical SkillsAdvanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPointExperience working with CRM systems and attribution platformsFamiliarity with BI tools and third-party data sources (e.g., Polk, market data) is a plus What Sets You ApartYou're a thinker, not just a processorYou're naturally curious and ask sharp, strategic questionsYou simplify complexity into clear, actionable insightsYou're comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing outcomesYou thrive in ambiguity and can connect dots across multiple data sourcesYou operate like a business partner, not \
