Job Description

PROVIDER NETWORK MANAGER
Position Summary MediTrans, as current Non-Emergency Medication Transportation (NEMT) broker for all five (5) Louisiana Medicaid health plans (MCOs) seeks a dynamic, forward thinking, data-centric individual to support MediTrans' outcomes, accountability, and growth infrastructure. This role directly engages regularly with MediTrans leadership, independent transportation providers, Transportation Network Companies (TNCs) (Uber and/or Lyft), and at times the Louisiana Department of Health, legislators, technology vendors, and other stakeholders.     Salary:
    $55,000 - $68,000 or commensurate with experience

          Travel:
          Business-related travel expenses reimbursed per company policy Essential Functions
          • Drive data compilation and analytics of the MediTrans Provider Network, including the number of providers in each region, vehicle types, number of drivers, and available trip volume. Define gaps in provider coverage and strategies for service development.
          • Integrate Provider Scorecard / quality outcomes data as a tool to optimize the MediTrans Provider Network further towards a high-quality, high-outcome definition, as well as claims / financial / accounting data in driving optimal cost performance and supporting fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) monitoring.
          • Support the development of dashboards, data visualizations, and geographic overlays to regularly capture and report on network status and predictive analytics as MediTrans aligns resources to fulfill service goals in all regions of Louisiana. Achieve economic alignment to meet available supply with defined demand.
          • Collaborate on development of case studies highlighting initiatives within the state of Louisiana and outcomes on public health, economic impact, etc. Regularly engage with external stakeholders / vendors to integrate 3rd party data where applicable to define actions, outcomes, and impacts to achieve progress with MCOs, LDH, and other stakeholders.
          • This role reports to the CEO with strong alignment with the COO, Director of Revenue Cycle and Provider Relations, CTO, and Chief Product Officer. Minimum Required Education and Qualifications
          • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering / analytics, business, public health, or related field from an accredited college or university.
          • Data analytics, reporting, and presentation experience, including specific healthcare data systems (EMR) experience preferred.
          • Advanced Excel, PowerBI, and other experience with data visualization tools required.
          • Proactive and investigative leader who can visualize and anticipate needs, questions, outcomes, etc.
          • Knowledge of Medicaid programs, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), public healthcare policy and compliance, and other healthcare industry specialty preferred.
          • Be comfortable in a collaborative, high-production, meaningful-impact environment. Travel Requirements
          • Occasional statewide travel within Louisiana.
          • Occasional overnight travel as required.
          Pay:
          $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
