reviews Full-time Brillient Corporation is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support data analytics and operational improvement initiatives within a dynamic regulatory environment. This role will focus on developing and enhancing cross-operational dashboards, identifying data-driven insights, and improving system interoperability to strengthen incident, recall, and shortage operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in data systems analysis, process improvement, and leveraging advanced tools—including artificial intelligence—to drive efficiency and informed decision-making. Review and assess the Online Reporting Analytics and Decision Support System (ORADSS) and other potential resources, including artificial intelligence tools, to identify efficient solutions for data management, tracking, and analytics. Analyze and evaluate system interoperability with existing data management platforms, including the Recalls Enterprise System (RES) and Compliance Management System (CMS). Design and propose processes and system solutions that enable identification of operational gaps and opportunities for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance surveillance and targeting of firms involved in the manufacture and distribution of unsafe or ineffective drug products. Support the implementation of new processes and systems, including providing staff training and guidance. Create, track, and maintain cross-operational dashboards for incidents, recalls, and shortages. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and systems, recommending adjustments as needed. Required Education and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible, related professional experience. Demonstrated experience leading full lifecycle program or project execution, including coordination across multiple stakeholders in complex regulatory or enterprise environments to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Experience supporting supply chain risk analytics initiatives, including descriptive and predictive analytics for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risk. Experience applying data science methodologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), advanced analytics, risk modeling, and enterprise data management practices. Experience organizing and leading cross-functional teams, with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate complex stakeholder environments to achieve program objectives. Experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and integrated supply chain platforms supporting end-to-end operations. Experience developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions using advanced BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, or equivalent). Experience supporting supply chain transformation initiatives in global, multi-site, or complex operational environments. Experience with Lean, Agile, Six Sigma (DMAIC), or similar methodologies for process improvement and operational optimization. Experience with data governance, quality management, and reporting integrity in regulated or enterprise environments. Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher) with demonstrated application in process improvement initiatives. Advanced degree (Master's preferred, e.g., MBA or equivalent). Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis or equivalent) and advanced supply chain analytics. Experience in federal, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry environments. Experience with cloud-based data platforms or data lake architectures (e.g., Snowflake or equivalent).
