THE ROLE
The Analytics Manager leads the delivery of analytics and business intelligence projects for clients, partnering closely with technology teams and business stakeholders. This role manages project teams, guides clients through analytics strategy, and ensures high-quality execution across engagements. Key Responsibilities Data & Analytics Leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data needs across the organization. Ensure availability, quality, and accessibility of data to support strategic decision-making. Lead, mentor, and develop analysts and developers on best practices in analytics and BI. Provide training on cloud-based data management and analytics tools. Coach analysts on BI techniques, data modeling, and data storytelling. Business Analysis & Problem Solving Investigate client business problems through interviews and workshops. Model solution options, evaluate trade-offs, and propose process improvements. Partner with Change Management to support communication, adoption, and implementation of new processes. Facilitate stakeholder alignment on data quality, metrics, and reporting needs. Project & Client Management Lead BI and analytics projects, managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and scope. Oversee project plans, budgets, resourcing, and execution. Partner with clients to define business requirements, KPIs, and success measures. Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders across all levels. Build strong client relationships and provide thought leadership on data strategy.

WHAT YOUR RESUME SHOWS
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required. 5-8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data, consulting, or similar fields. Technical Skills Proficiency in cloud data platforms (Azure DataLake, AWS, Snowflake). Expertise in BI/data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and its integration with data ecosystems. Strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R, or scripting languages for data manipulation. Experience with ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Talend, Informatica). Understanding of data governance, security, and best practices. Experience with data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Redshift).
Bonus:
Exposure to ML models, statistical analysis, or DevOps for ML/analytics pipelines. Consulting & Client Engagement Demonstrated success consulting with clients to identify needs and deliver actionable solutions. Skilled in leading workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer. Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving real business challenges. Experience using Jira, Trello, or other project management tools. Project Management & Soft Skills Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence decision-makers and communicate complex insights simply. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality. Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Business Strategy Ability to develop business cases for data initiatives and communicate value to senior leadership. Identify KPIs and metrics aligned with business goals. Translate data findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Lead stakeholder discussions to define business processes and data flows.
