Associate Director, Payer Analytics locations Princeton, NJ time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R11994 Job Summary This position is part of Business Analytics & Insights team reporting into Senior Director Payer Analytics, with a focus on CNS Portfolio The position requires a person who can: Provide actionable, innovative analytical solutions to address key business questions related to OAPI business and the payer landscape by leveraging multiple datasets and strong analytical techniques Translate complex access and channel dynamics into clear, decision‑ready insights and recommended actions for senior stakeholders Own the Payer Analytics budgeting process across inline and pipeline assets Work effectively across a complex matrix environment including Market Access, Marketing, Pricing & Contracting, Sales, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, etc. Job Description Working closely with Market Access, Marketing, and Pricing/Contracting teams to address business questions with insights backed by strong analysis Be considered a thought leader in payer/market access analytics by providing analytics across payer, channel/trade dynamics, and patient support programs (if applicable) Stay on top of the evolving payer landscape and continuously evaluate and communicate business impact, risks, and opportunities Provide payer/plan level performance and fulfillment, and affordability program reporting and insights monthly; evolve reporting to be more actionable and decision‑oriented over time Ensure analytics are grounded in consistent definitions and business rules (e.g., payer spine, access restrictions, fulfillment metrics) to maintain trend integrity and stakeholder alignment Synthesize findings into clear storylines and executive‑ready communications; effectively present insights from complex analyses to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners Partner with vendors/contractors and internal data/BI teams (as applicable) to improve data readiness, analytic quality/QA, and repeatability of recurring analytics Work closely with contractors and external vendors to increase and enhance the use of advanced analytics and scalable reporting capabilities Qualifications /
Required Required:
BS/BA required; MS/MBA or advanced degree preferred 7+ years of strong analytical and quantitative experience within the pharmaceutical industry Prior experience in Payer/Market Access Analytics Experience using syndicated data (e.g., IQVIA Xponent/PlanTrak, IQVIA LAAD, MMIT/Fingertip formulary), reporting tools Power BI, and specialty pharmacy data (as applicable) Experience building and maintaining KPI frameworks/scorecards and dashboards that enable decision making Demonstrated ability to translate analyses into specific recommendations/actions for Market Access Strategy, Contracting, and field stakeholders Experience leading vendors/contractors and setting quality/QA expectations for analytic outputs and recurring reporting Strong knowledge of the payer landscape preferred Competencies Accountability for Results

00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States.
