Job Description

Overview The Director of Enterprise Systems & Integration will be responsible for the oversight, integration, optimization, and data strategy of all core business systems, including Vista ERP and supporting platforms such as B2W and Tenna. This role will also lead the development and management of the company's business intelligence and analytics capabilities, ensuring that all systems provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support operational and financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Systems Ownership
  • Serve as the primary owner of the Vista ERP system, including all modules (accounting, payroll, HRIS integrations, equipment, and project management)
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Vista's data analytics and reporting capabilities
  • Ensure system integrity, performance, and alignment with company operations and financial objectives Systems Integration (Vista, B2W, Tenna, HRIS, Payroll)
  • Lead the integration and alignment of Vista with: o B2W Track & Estimate (job costing, production tracking, estimating alignment) o Tenna (equipment tracking, utilization, maintenance, and cost data) o Payroll and HRIS systems (employee data, labor costing, compliance tracking) o Insurance and risk management tracking systems
  • Ensure seamless data flow between systems, eliminating duplication and discrepancies
  • Align field data, operational systems, and financial reporting into a unified structure Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
  • Oversee the implementation and management of Vista's data analytics platform and reporting tools
  • Own all business intelligence (BI) reporting and dashboards across the organization, including Vista, B2W, and Tenna
  • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards that provide real-time visibility into: o Financial performance o Job cost and production metrics o Equipment utilization and cost o Labor and operational efficiency
  • Establish a single source of truth for data across all systems
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of data used for decision-making Reporting, Dashboards & Data Visibility
  • Develop and standardize weekly and monthly reporting packages across all departments
Oversee:
o Budget-to-actual reporting o Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedule reporting o Job cost and production tracking
  • Ensure all dashboards and reports are aligned across platforms and reflect consistent data
  • Continuously improve reporting capabilities to enhance visibility and usability Equipment & Asset Data Integration
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of equipment data across systems: o Equipment rates, costing, and utilization within Vista o Real-time tracking and data capture through Tenna o Work orders, maintenance tracking, and cost allocation
  • Ensure alignment between equipment usage, job costing, and financial reporting Financial Process Alignment
  • Support and optimize month-end close processes within Vista
  • Ensure accurate integration between operational data and financial reporting
  • Partner with accounting to maintain clean, reliable data for internal and external reporting Process Design & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and document workflows that align system functionality with operational practices
  • Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or system disconnects and implement solutions
  • Ensure all systems function as a fully integrated ecosystem Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the central liaison between accounting, operations, field teams, and executive leadership
  • Lead system training, adoption, and accountability across departments
  • Ensure systems and reporting structures support strategic planning and growth Success Outcomes
  • Fully integrated systems environment (Vista, B2W, Tenna, HRIS, payroll)
  • Successful implementation of Vista's data analytics and reporting capabilities
  • Centralized, accurate, and reliable business intelligence across all platforms
  • Real-time, decision-ready dashboards for leadership
  • Streamlined reporting, WIP, and month-end processes
  • High adoption and consistent use of systems across the organization
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
