ORT Data Analytics Manager -
HSIO Connectors/OverPass Location:
Valley Green, PA (with occasional international travel) About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional to lead data-driven initiatives within our HSIO Connectors/OverPass division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys deep statistical analysis, and prefers to work behind the scenes rather than in reactive customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building a data analytics function from the ground up, supporting quality and engineering teams with insights that drive process control and automation readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of a data analytics function focused on quality and ongoing reliability testing (ORT). Analyze large datasets to support decision-making around AI camera systems and automation implementation. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to apply Six Sigma, Black Belt, and process control methodologies. Serve as a mentor and coach to junior engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven problem solving. Partner with internal stakeholders to support customer inquiries through robust data analysis. Provide strategic insights without direct responsibility for managing large teams or reactive quality support. Travel internationally as needed to support global initiatives, including visits to China, Vietnam, and other sites.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Statistics or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, and process improvement. Strong understanding of quality systems, ORT, and automation technologies. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Willingness to travel internationally. Comfortable working independently and leading through influence.
