This role is focused on leading and developing a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery through guidance, review, and prioritization. The ideal candidate brings prior hands-on experience in analytics and data tools, enabling them to effectively advise, troubleshoot, and elevate team output. While primarily a leadership role, the Manager may step in to support execution during peak periods or complex initiatives, particularly during year-end cycles. The role is based in our Tampa office and requires a hybrid work schedule of two to three days in office. The successful applicant will work across global practice areas, including Private Equity Performance Improvement, Corporate Transformation, Disputes & Investigations, and Financial Services Advisory, to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and create new opportunities for growth through data-driven insights.

The firm is now looking for a Manager to join its Analytics, Reporting and Tools team.This role is focused on leading and developing a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery through guidance, review, and prioritization. The ideal candidate brings prior hands-on experience in analytics and data tools, enabling them to effectively advise, troubleshoot, and elevate team output. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 3-4 analysts, setting priorities, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality output. Provide hands-on guidance and technical direction, leveraging prior experience to advise on approach, structure, and best practices Act as the primary point of accountability for team deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Actively coach and upskill team members, including reviewing work in detail, providing actionable feedback, and building technical and problem-solving capabilities over time Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and delegate effectively to the team Establish and enforce standards for data modeling, reporting, and analytics development Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across team outputs Step in to support execution, when necessary, due to bandwidth constraints or complexity (e.g., year-end cycles)Desired Skills & Experience:
Track record of successfully leading teams through technical project delivery. Prior hands-on experience building analytics, reporting, and data solutions (SQL, Power BI, Python), with the ability to guide and review work rather than act as the primary developer. Proven ability to deliver results through others, including delegating effectively, reviewing outputs, and ensuring quality and consistency. Experience coaching and upskilling junior team members, including providing detailed feedback and improving team capabilities over time.Proven ability to develop scalable data solutions that drive business impact Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience. 5 + years experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, including managerial responsibilities. Strong working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Python, with prior hands-on experience and the ability to guide technical work and set standards. Experience working cross-functionally with business, finance, and IT teams to deliver data-driven improvements. The salary range is $105,000 - $125,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
