Job Description
- VP/Director, Incentive Analytics
- OneMain is seeking a VP/Director of Incentive Analytics to lead the analytics, modeling, and execution of the Variable Incentive Plan (VIP) across the branch network and centralized operations.
- Responsibilities
- :•+ Manage and enhance monthly VIP target‑setting processes, including risk‑based segmentation and capacity modeling.
Qualifications:
- + 6+ years of analytics, incentive compensation, FP&A, forecasting, or related experience.
Location:
- Wilmington, DE. This position is hybrid and requires 3 days in the office (Tuesday-Thursday).
