This is a full time, temporary contingent upon availability of funds position with a possibility of extension and is eligible for full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision. Position Summary The Data Analytics Manager provides leadership and oversight for integrated data collection, analysis, and reporting functions that support the Office of Business, Community, and Government Engagement's employer engagement strategy and workforce alignment. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role is responsible for developing and maintaining data systems, dashboards, and analytical processes that track employer engagement activity, workforce trends, student participation, and post-graduation outcomes. The Data Analytics Manager proactively identifies and analyzes labor market data and employer information to inform industry-aligned engagement strategies, supports the Employer Engagement team with actionable insights, and ensures consistent measurement of student post-graduation success to demonstrate impact, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of institutional efforts.Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for data collection, analysis, and reporting functions that support employer engagement, workforce alignment, and post-graduation success outcomes. Supervise and guide data analytics staff, establishing priorities, workflows, data standards, and quality controls to ensure accurate and consistent reporting. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that track employer engagement activity, student participation, internships, and employment outcomes. Collect, analyze, and interpret labor market and workforce trend data to inform industry-aligned engagement strategies and support data-driven decision-making by the Employer Engagement team. Track and analyze student post-graduation outcomes, including employment placement, industry alignment, and related success indicators, to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of institutional engagement efforts. Support the Executive Director with strategic analysis, impact reporting, and documentation related to institutional goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Complies with all State and University policies. Other duties may be assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Minimum Experience required:
Two (2) + years of professional experience in data analytics, institutional research, workforce analytics, program evaluation, or a closely related analytical field. Demonstrated experience collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative and qualitative data to support programmatic or organizational decision-making. Experience working with data systems, dashboards, or reporting tools, including extracting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources. Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, or presentations.Preferred Education/Experience:
Master's degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, information systems, public policy, higher education administration, or a related field. Experience leading or supporting data analytics functions within higher education, workforce development, institutional research, or a similarly complex organizational environment. Experience analyzing labor market and workforce trend data, including the use of external data sources (e.g., state or national labor data, employer datasets) to inform strategic decision-making. Experience working with CRM systems, career platforms, or student information systems to track engagement activity, employer relationships, and student outcomes.
