Job Description
We are seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to lead our data strategy, platforms, and analytics delivery. This role will begin hands‑on and technical for the first few months, transitioning into a managerial leadership role as the team grows. The position will eventually oversee three direct reports, with potential for additional growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the firm's data and analytics strategy, ensuring strong data integrity, availability, security, and governance.
Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Data & Analytics team, including workload prioritization, coaching, and performance management.
Oversee development and maintenance of data pipelines, data models, reporting environments, and analytics platforms.
Ensure dashboards, reports, and self‑service tools are accurate, performant, and aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
Define and enforce data quality, governance standards, and documentation practices.
Partner with IT and Security to maintain compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and enhancements to improve analytics capabilities.
Support executive reporting through ad hoc analysis and strategic insights.
Manage vendor and consultant relationships as needed.
