In Oracle data and analytics at PwC, you will utilise Oracle's suite of tools and technologies to work with data and derive insights from it. You will be responsible for tasks such as data collection, data cleansing, data transformation, data modelling, data visualisation, and data analysis using Oracle tools like Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Data Visualization, and Oracle Machine Learning. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. The Opportunity As part of the DCM AI Labs team, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of AI and generative AI solutions across complex client engagements. As a Senior Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of AI workstreams, leading and growing teams of data scientists and engineers while managing senior client relationships. - Lead and develop teams of data scientists and engineers
- Manage senior client relationships throughout project delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of AI workstreams
- Shape innovative solutions that impact client businesses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure alignment
- Evaluate project outcomes and adapt strategies as necessary
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software development, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role managing teams and client-facing delivery What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Software Engineering preferred
- Experience managing GenAI application development teams
- Depth in advanced analytical techniques including NLP and optimization
- Experience with MLOps tooling and practices
- Proficiency with containerization and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with both relational and non-relational storage technologies
- Track record of leading proof-of-concept development to production
- Experience building intuitive data storytelling and visualization tools
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise ERP systems The salary range for this position is: $124,000
- $280,000.
