Job Description
Senior Individual Contributor role within the client's Technology focused on designing, building, and operating Agentic AI systems. Hands-on role involving architecture, production coding, technical reviews, and complex system design decisions. Drive technical direction for Agentic AI initiatives, including autonomy, scalability, reliability, safety, and system architecture. Design, build, and operate production-grade Agentic AI systems across multiple products.
Own and enhance:
Agent frameworks & orchestration layers RAG pipelines Planning, memory, and tool-use strategies LLM infrastructure, inference, and model gateways Evaluation, observability, and safety tooling Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions. Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams. Required Technical Skills Languages:

Pydantic, Zod Required Experience 10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems. Strong experience with LLM systems, Agentic AI workflows, and ML infrastructure. Strong backend engineering, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipeline experience. Experience with workflow engines, async processing, queues, and streaming systems. Experience building reliable autonomous AI systems in enterprise environments. Ability to work in ambiguous environments and influence teams without direct authority. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fintech or regulated industries. Experience as founding engineer or technical leader in AI products. Experience contributing to open-source AI/agentic frameworks. Familiarity with model optimization and inference pipelines.
