IT Systems & Reliability Intern

Join us this summer to gain hands-on experience in the engine room of a global travel technology company. At arrivia , our Systems & Reliability internship is designed for technical problem solvers who want to learn how enterprise-level infrastructure is built and secured. You will work directly with our Director of Systems Engineering and M365 Engineers to manage a global cloud footprint.

Key Projects & Responsibilities Infrastructure-as-Code & Scripting :

Utilize PowerShell or Python to automate repetitive system tasks and permission audits.

Cloud Identity Management :

Gain hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and M365 security policies.

Systems Monitoring & Reliability :

Help monitor global system health and assist in researching configurations that improve network uptime and security.

Technical Documentation :

Build out internal "knowledge base" guides for our Level 1 and 2 engineers to streamline troubleshooting. AI for

Operations :

Implement AI tools to help analyze system logs or draft initial troubleshooting paths for complex technical failures.

What We're Looking For Education :

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or Systems Engineering.

Technical Baseline :

A strong interest in Linux/Windows environments and foundational knowledge of cloud environments (Azure preferred).

Analytical Troubleshooting :

A knack for identifying the "root cause" of an issue rather than just applying a temporary fix.

AI Literacy :

Comfort using AI assistants to help with script drafting and technical research.
