Job Description

Are you actively building AI agents, automations, and real-world AI products? We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to work directly with an entrepreneur focused on launching new businesses and bringing ideas to market quickly. This is an opportunity to help build, test, and launch AI-powered products from concept to execution. This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone who has built and deployed real AI applications, automations, agents, SaaS products, or business solutions.

Tucson, AZ Responsibilities Build AI agents and automation workflows Develop MVPs and rapidly launch new products Utilize Claude Code and other AI tools to accelerate development Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party platforms Collaborate directly on business ideas, product strategy, and execution Evaluate and implement new AI technologies Qualifications Proven experience building and deploying AI solutions Experience with Claude Code, AI agents, LLMs, or automation platforms Strong software development background Experience building applications from concept to launch Ability to work independently and execute quickly Portfolio, GitHub, case studies, or examples of completed projects preferred Compensation Competitive and based on experience.
