This Temp role is based in our client's location. Join a dynamic team driving innovative AI strategies to shape the future of Mattel's product development and operational excellence. Product Owner•
AI Responsibilities:
Lead organization-wide AI product initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Measure and communicate the value generated from AI projects across business units. Collaborate with various teams to understand needs, facilitate ideation sessions, and prioritize AI use cases. Drive the development and implementation of emerging AI-powered business models for approval and adoption. Establish responsible AI principles by working with thought leaders and internal compliance teams. Product Owner•
AI Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field; a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience is acceptable. Extensive experience building and scaling AI platforms, including Generative and Agentic AI solutions. Strong understanding of AI applications within business settings, including ML fundamentals and algorithms. Proven leadership in product development within multidisciplinary, cross-functional environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset towards continuous learning.
