Job Description

Experience:
A candidate with hands-on AIOps experience in an Azure environment would be a much better match. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with alert management, monitoring and automation, LLM, AI/MLOps, ChatGPT, RAG, Langchain, AI chatbot development/configuration, or similar AI-driven operational solutions. This will be a heavily AI-focused project within an Azure ecosystem, so relevant AIOps experience is a key requirement with some experience in SRE. Total 12+ years of experience required and around 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, cloud operations, SRE, platform support, or production engineering Proven experience in production support, incident handling, automation, and operational troubleshooting Experience working with monitoring, observability, scripting, and release validation Must have AIOps, AI-assisted operations, or automation-led support models.
