This is a high-impact opportunity to build production-grade GenAI systems that power real-world decisioning, workflows, and analytics at scale. We're looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of LLMs, cloud architecture, and full-stack development. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering production-ready AI applications-not prototypes.

• Responsibilities:

• Build production-grade GenAI applications used by real users and business teams
• Design and implement RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI systems
• Develop scalable Python microservices and APIs
• Create modern React-based user interfaces for AI-driven workflows
• Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure)
• Build document ingestion pipelines and intelligent data processing systems
• Develop LLM evaluation and monitoring frameworks (LLMOps)
• Drive system performance, scalability, and reliability

• 7+ years of full-stack software development (strong Python focus)
• Recent (last 2-3 years) production-level GenAI experience (required)
• Hands-on experience building RAG systems and LLM-powered applications
• Experience designing scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
• Frontend experience with React or modern JS frameworks

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
