SME for IT/OT systems
Location:
Oceanside, CA or Hillsboro, OR Duration:

Description:
Must-Have:
Optimize the ITOT landscape by decommissioning legacy "zombie" assets and transitioning from static reporting to an Agentic AI-driven ecosystem Good-to-Have Pharma Knowledge .Good to have ITOT, Agentic AI, PM Act as SME for IT/OT systems (MES, SCADA, infrastructure, legacy tech) across manufacturing sites Identify and assess obsolete, redundant, and idle assets ("zombies") across factories Lead industrialized decommissioning programs, including GxP-compliant asset retirement Integrate enterprise data from ServiceNow, Archimedes, MyBuy, and plant systems Analyze operational impact (OEE, downtime, stability) to prioritize asset removal Drive standardization and harmonization across factory ITOT landscapes Track and realize cost savings (infra, licenses, security, manpower) from decommissioning Enable real-time insights and NLP-based interaction with the ITOT Zombies Platform Implement AI techniques (GA, PSO, RL) to optimize decision-making and continuous learning Ensure data quality, semantic integration, and AI governance across the unified platform Drive transition from static reporting to autonomous, insight-driven AI ecosystem
Education:
At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
