What to Expect To solve real-world AI, Tesla demands a recruiting engine as innovative as its engineering. As a Technical Sourcer on the AI Recruiting Team, you will build and execute the search strategies for identifying the industry's brightest minds. You will move beyond traditional methods to identify, engage, and assess top-tier engineers globally. We are seeking relentless, innovative talent hunters capable of deploying creative sourcing strategies to bring the world's elite AI engineers to Tesla. What You'll Do
Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify top talent
Build robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity What You'll Bring
1+ years sourcing experience in an in-house or agency environment
Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
Familiarity recruiting software engineers across multiple disciplines
Knowledge of relevant employment market trends
Strong ability to track and manage data and workflows
Startup experience is a plus Compensation and Benefits

Expected Compensation
$112,000 - $258,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
