Job Description Job Overview The ML Staff Engineer leads architectural design and technical strategy across machine learning algorithms of our product offerings. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, ownership of system-level design, guidance on compliance, and leadership in advancing SaaS/PaaS transformation, algorithms, simulations, and proof-of-concept initiatives to enhance product and developer experience. Role Overview The ML Staff Engineer will be responsible for leading the architectural design and planning process for a variety of projects, ensuring that designs meet client specifications, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards.
This role involves collaboration with stakeholders and driving the strategic vision of architectural projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities Drive building POCs and production-grade GreyMatter's ML algorithms.
Work with the engineering team on design and implementation of ML model pipelines, including data ingestion, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate closely with software, robotics, product, and operations teams to align system goals with real-world fulfillment challenges.
Stay at the forefront of ML research and technology, identifying opportunities to apply new techniques to our products.
Participate in strategic planning for the product vision and roadmap.
