AI Delivery Lead On-Site

Job description Lume Consulting Group is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to oversee enterprise AI transformation initiatives, including Generative AI implementation, AI adoption, and AI-driven modernization projects across multiple business areas. This role combines technical project management expertise with strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, data analytics, cloud platforms, and enterprise delivery methodologies. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with executive leadership, architects, developers, analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver AI-enabled solutions aligned with our client strategic goals and compliance standards. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives simultaneously Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and deliverables Develop and maintain project management documentation including: Project Charters Communication Plans Risk & Issue Logs Training Plans Transition Plans Project Closeout Reports Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate AI strategy into executable delivery plans Oversee AI adoption and organizational change management activities Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, compliance, and ethical standards Participate in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and integration planning Review business requirements, AI models, training datasets, and feature engineering approaches Manage vendor performance and stakeholder communications Prepare executive presentations and weekly/monthly status reporting Support continuous improvement of AI delivery frameworks and methodologies Conduct knowledge transfer sessions Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of project management experience managing complex technology projects exceeding $1M budgets Minimum 2 years managing AI/ML and data analytics projects Strong understanding of: AI/ML concepts Data pipelines Model lifecycle management Minimum 5 years leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science Information Technology Data Science Or related field Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as: MS Project Jira Confluence Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Job Benefits Preferred Qualifications Experience creating or reviewing: AI technical documentation Cloud architecture diagrams API documentation
