  • Aboutthe Role:
  • Sogeti USis scaling its commercial AI business (AIx) in the mid-market, and we arehiring a leader to help drive the Agentic offering portfolio and thego-to-market motion behind it.
This is afocused, execution-oriented role for someone who wants to build the commercialengine for AI at Sogeti US. You will help shape and commercialize the AIxofferings, drive pipeline alongside sales, sharpen the deal motion, and own ameaningful piece of the AI revenue number. You will join an existing AIx teamand partner closely with the Sogeti Practice Leadership and the AIx teammembers already in seat. We arelooking for someone with deep roots in the Bay Area AI ecosystem and realexperience commercializing AI in a services or consulting environment. Someonewho knows how to package AI into offerings that mid-market clients will buy,and who can move fast.
  • WhatYou Will Own:
  • 1. AIxOfferings and Productization
  • Help shapeand commercialize Sogeti US AIx offerings across the
Agentic AI:
AI Roadmap& Strategy, Greenfield (BMAD-driven multi-agent builds), Brownfield(agentic capabilities on existing systems), Modernization & Migration(agent-ready targets), and Everyday AI. Sharpen the engagement models, outcomeframeworks, and pricing.
  • 2.Pipeline and Deal Acceleration
  • Partnerwith the Sogeti US sales organization to open, shape, and close AIopportunities across the mid-market. Join client conversations, coach accountleaders, develop the pitch narratives that win, and qualify the rightopportunities. Success is measured in AI bookings, pipeline velocity, and dealconversion.
  • 3.Ecosystem and Partnerships
  • Build thestrategic ecosystem partnerships that strengthen our AIx offerings: foundationmodel providers, agentic platform vendors, AI infrastructure players, and theBay Area startup community. Bring the outside in and create the allianceleverage that helps us win.
  • 4.External Presence
  • RepresentSogeti US in the AI conversation through writing, speaking, and ecosystemengagement. Build the credibility that makes mid-market buyers want to workwith us on their AI agenda.
  • How YouWill Operate:
  • Youwill join the AIx team and work hand in hand with the Sogeti US practices,sales organization, pre-sales, alliance and partnership teams, marketing, andthe broader Capgemini AI ecosystem.
  • What WeAre Looking For:
  • Acommercial AI leader with hands-on experience scaling AI offerings in aservices environment, and an active presence in the Bay Area AI ecosystem.
  • Experience:
  • + 10+ years in technologyservices, consulting, or enterprise AI + 3+ years owning AI or GenAIofferings in a services or consulting environment + Direct experiencecommercializing agentic AI and GenAI solutions + Track record of drivingpipeline and bookings on AI deals + Strong network in the SiliconValley AI ecosystem + Comfortable in front ofmid-market C-suite buyers
