We're looking for someone who operates at CTO-level—someone who can take a vague problem, scope it, build it end-to-end, and ship something that provides real value. This is a backend-heavy, AI-native role where you'll need to go full stack when required. No hand-holding. No waiting for specs. You need to be a full-stack engineer, an AI engineer, and a product engineer in one person. What You'll Do Own large parts of the product end-to-end, from user insight to production Build and improve agentic systems to make them more accurate, reliable, and powerful Work at the frontier of AI engineering—context engineering, tool use, agent architectures Talk to users, understand their pain points, and scope features that solve real problems Push AI-first development practices and scale yourself through automation Review code quickly while maintaining high standards across the codebase What We're Looking For A 100x engineer: razor sharp, able to solve difficult problems fast Deep product sense—you build for users, not for code's sake Strong Go backend experience with clean, maintainable code practices Experience building AI products, ideally agentic systems or AI coding tools Fascination with new coding paradigms (Claude Code, Cursor, coding agents) Ability to scale yourself to an extreme degree through automation Great code taste and ability to review PRs at speed without sacrificing quality
