The platform uses LLM-based buyer personas, automated feedback, and a CRM-style dashboard to let students practice the full B2B sales cycle. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be Under the oversight and guidance of the faculty supervisors, build and implement LLM-powered conversation pipelines for AI buyer personas using Open
AI GPT-4 API.
Build automated feedback and evaluation systems using structured prompts and rubric-aligned scoring. Develop and maintain the web platform including a student-facing CRM dashboard and instructor analytics view. Design and lead the database schema for user data, transcripts, rubric scores, and persona configurations. Integrate AI-assisted development tools into the build workflow. Conduct internal testing and iterate based on pilot feedback. Support data collection during classroom implementation including survey administration and behavioral data analysis. Document platform architecture for replicability. What You Should Know What You Should Know This is a part-time, temporary role. Weekly schedule will be flexible and determined by teams needs. Be pioneering. Be Boulder. What We Require What We Require Positions at this level typically require a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute. Strong proficiency in Python. Experience building end-to-end AI or ML systems. Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar). What You Will Need What You Will Need LLM pipeline development: prompt engineering, conversation management, structured output parsing. Python back-end development and data processing. API integration. Database design (Supabase, Firebase, or PostgreSQL). Data analysis and visualization. Clear communication and ability to work independently. Adaptable with evolving requirements. What We Would Like You to Have What We Would Like You to Have Master's degree in data science, computer science, information technology, or a related field. Experience with database design and management. Experience with NLP techniques and frameworks (SpaCy, HuggingFace, or similar). Experience building web applications or dashboards (React, Next.js, or similar). Familiarity with AI agent design and workflow automation. Experience with cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, or similar). Interest in education technology or AI-enhanced learning. Experience with data collection or learning analytics.
