AI & SEO
Specialist addresses the challenge of maintaining brand visibility and sentiment within an increasingly fragmented landscape of traditional search engines and AI-powered Large Language Models (LLMs). This role is built on four core pillars: rigorous auditing, deep data analysis, actionable reporting, and cross-functional strategizing. Acting as the bridge between traditional SEO and the future of generative search, you will turn platform volatility into strategic growth opportunities by diagnosing technical gaps, uncovering shifts in user intent, and advising internal teams on the best path forward.- What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

Comprehensive Technical & AI Auditing:
Proactively leverage AI-driven tools and traditional crawlers to perform deep audits of site architecture, automating the identification of rendering issues, schema errors, and brand sentiment gaps. +Deep Intent & Sentiment Analysis:
Analyze complex search behaviors and generative AI outputs to deeply map conversational user intent, ensuring our content serves as the definitive, machine-readable answer for users and LLM agents alike. +Actionable Tracking & Reporting:
Implement a robust reporting framework that translates complex web analytics, AI Share of Voice (SOV), and LLM crawling behaviors into clear, executive-friendly dashboards that drive departmental goals. +Strategic Advising & Off-Site Influence:
Strategize by providing data-backed recommendations on digital PR, third-party reviews, and off-site mentions to positively influence the data corpus that trains Answer Engines. +Cross-Functional Collaboration & Deployment:
Translate audit findings and analysis into clear technical specifications, partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure rapid deployment and real-time data access for AI.- Skills, Experience and Requirements

Strategic Translation:
Proficiency in translating LLM behavioral shifts, Google algorithm updates, and raw audit data into high-impact, actionable growth strategies. +Advanced Analytical Capabilities:
Advanced interpretation of web analytics ecosystems, including Google Search Console and Adobe Analytics, to diagnose and report on complex performance trends. +Reporting & Data Visualization:
AI literacy and the ability to apply generative tools to analyze machine-readable data, simulate diverse search intents, and build clear reports for stakeholders. +Advisory & Collaborative Expertise:
A strong ability to advise product, content, and engineering functions, acting as the subject matter expert to maintain data integrity and site performance. +Technical Auditing Acumen:
Foundational understanding of how frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript impact the rendering and visibility of content for both traditional bots and LLMs.- Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent +
Minimum Experience:
- 3+ years of highly analytical experience in SEO or Digital Analytics. +
Required Technical Skills:
- + Technical SEO auditing and rendering troubleshooting (e.g., Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar enterprise crawlers). + Advanced reporting and analysis in Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Adobe Analytics (or similar web analytics platforms). + Schema Architecture and Structured Data implementation. Compensation:
$63,150.00/Hour - $90,000.00/Hour- Benefits
