Key Responsibilities looking for 10+ years
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered conversational applications and virtual assistants.
Build chatbot and voicebot solutions using LLMs and NLP frameworks.
5+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns
Develop conversational workflows, intents, entities, context handling, and dialogue management.
Integrate AI assistants with enterprise systems, APIs, CRMs, databases, and third-party services.
Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.
5+ years of experience in one or more software languages, such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
Create prompt engineering strategies for accurate and context-aware responses.
Develop multi-turn conversational experiences with memory and personalization.
Work with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies for voice AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
5+ years of experience with designing and building software engineering solutions in cloud environments
2+ years of experience as a technical team leader
