Job Description

Job Description Our technical manufacturing client is seeking a hands-on AI Technical Lead with a strong builder mindset to help drive enterprise AI initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys architecting and building solutions, while also mentoring teams and ensuring the technical quality and scalability of AI deployments. This is not a pure management role; the focus is on technical leadership, solution design, and hands-on contribution, with some team oversight. This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity, 1-2 days a week onsite in Wilmington, DE. The pay range is $105-$112/hr.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of enterprise AI solutions, including integrations across internal platforms Act as a technical leader and mentor for a team of ~30 AI engineers, providing guidance on architecture, best practices, and delivery quality Collaborate with a broader group of ~10 strategy/advisory resources to align technical execution with business goals Drive the integration of AI tools (including Copilot/agents) across systems such as: Microsoft ecosystem / Azure
SAP / ERP
platforms Workday, finance systems, and enterprise applications Help deploy and scale AI agents in a production enterprise environment Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape AI strategy and roadmap We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
