ROLE In this role, you will help transform business data into accessible, actionable insights. You'll work with ERP data, including Odoo, build and maintain Power BI reporting, automate data workflows, and help create AI-powered tools that allow business users to access reporting through natural language. You'll partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting needs, improve data quality, streamline manual processes, and build scalable BI and automation solutions. QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of ERP, BI, data analytics, or data engineering experience Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel, dashboards, and reporting Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience strongly preferredExperience building ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, or reporting-ready datasets Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, or similar AI/automation tools preferred Experience with Python, APIs, Point, Microsoft O365, or data integration tools preferredStrong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies
