This role requires a combination of hands-on technical capability and strategic advisory skills, with a focus on designing, building, and scaling intelligent systems that operate with increasing levels of autonomy. The ideal candidate will lead the development of agentic systems, orchestrated workflows, and AI-powered decisioning frameworks while also guiding clients on how to operationalize AI across their business. Key Responsibilities Architect and deliver chat based, human in the loop, and autonomous AI solutions using modern agentic platforms and evolving best practices Define architecture patterns for: Context management and memory Observability, evaluation, and guardrails Scalable orchestration across tools and services Lead client discussions on AI strategy, operating models, and transformation opportunities Translate complex business problems into agent-driven solutions and workflows Contribute to development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI offerings Build and mentor technical teams and establish standards for AI system design Bachelor's degree of equivalent work experience 8 or more years of experience designing and deploying agent-based systems Deep hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry Strong understanding of: Autonomous agents and multi-agent systems
