  • 2+ years of experience in machine learning, or applied data science
  • Proven experience deploying ML models into production environments, not just research or notebook-based work
  • Strong proficiency in Python and at least one ML framework (PyTorch, or similar)
  • Experience with data pipeline tools and frameworks (Spark, or similar)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of both classical ML techniques and modern generative AI/LLM approaches
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on end-to-end model delivery
  • Clear communication skills with the , fiber/broadband, or network-intensive industries
  • Familiarity with time-series data, network telemetry, or streaming data platforms
  • Experience with NLP, speech processing, or conversational AI
  • Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar)
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
