Job Description
- Must be deeply hands-on writes code, owns design docs, runs technical reviews, debugs hard problems. Non-negotiable.
- Strong technical depth in: conversational
AI / NLU, LLM
integration, dialog orchestration, API and microservices design, channel integration (contact center platforms, ecommerce, mobile)- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure ), event-driven architectures, and modern AI/ML tooling
- Owns architectural direction across the conversational AI stack and channel integrations
- Holds the line on Digital's direction; pushes back when needed
- Carries the gravitas to be taken seriously by senior engineers and architects
