This role will work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to develop intelligent data products, build predictive models, analyze structured and unstructured data, and deliver actionable insights that support organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), along with the ability to translate complex findings into practical business solutions. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned location. Qualifications Master's, PhD, or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field required 7+ years of professional experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Advanced experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis, and pattern recognition Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Java, JavaScript, C, or C++ Experience with data mining techniques including regression analysis, random forests, boosting, decision trees, text mining, and social network analysis Experience designing and implementing AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications and NLP models Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization tools Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical findings to diverse audiences Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, initiative, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards for data quality, integrity, and confidentiality About Us The American Arbitration Association (AAA), recognized among The NonProfit Times' 50 Best Nonprofits to Work For, offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where excellence meets opportunity.
