Job Description:

Expertise in Conversational

AI, NLU, LLM

integration, dialog orchestration, APIs, microservices, and channel integrations. Strong experience with AWS/Azure, event-driven architectures, and modern AI/ML technologies. Own and drive architecture across the conversational AI ecosystem. Influence cross-functional engineering teams and provide technical leadership. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge decisions and guide technical direction. Credibility and presence to work effectively with senior engineers and architects.
