Job Description This person will design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that streamline application support, reduce manual effort, and improve system reliability. This role builds and integrates AI-powered tools and workflows using platforms such as Claude, AWS Bedrock, and Copilot Studio, while implementing intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation for shipboard applications. The engineer also develops scripts, services, and integrations to enable automated testing, diagnostics, incident triage, and reporting across application environments.
