JOB SUMMARY

This is a client-facing consulting role focused on supporting enterprise adoption, enablement, and operational success of approved AI-powered developer tools. The position assists organizations in scaling AI tool usage through onboarding, troubleshooting, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring smooth business-as-usual operations. Combining technical support, stakeholder engagement, and consulting expertise, this role drives the successful implementation of AI developer tools across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support, onboarding, and enablement for approved AI developer tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, and related platforms.
• Troubleshoot user issues involving setup, permissions, integrations, and developer workflows, escalating complex issues when required.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and engineering teams to support enterprise rollout, operational readiness, and adoption success.
• Maintain support documentation, operational processes, and global support handoffs.
• Deliver reporting on user adoption, recurring issues, and support performance trends. Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience using AI-assisted development tools in professional software engineering environments.
• Practical experience with AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting developer workflows, tooling, or internal engineering systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across access, permissions, setup, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of Git, CLI tools, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder support skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with additional AI developer tools such as Codex, Gemini Code Assist, or Grok Critique.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale AI tool rollouts or governed adoption programs.
• Familiarity with support metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments.
