AI Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on AI Technical Lead to design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions. This role requires a balance of deep technical expertise , architecture ownership , and team leadership , with active involvement in coding, model customization, and deployment. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions (LLMs, NLP, Predictive Models) Define scalable system architecture for AI platforms and data pipelines Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment Hands-on Development Build (nice to have), train (Mandatory), fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and GenAI models Work with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn Implement LLM-based applications using tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex Develop APIs and microservices for AI solutions Sound in Java or Python Cloud & Deployment Deploy AI solutions on Azure AI/Cloud cloud platforms Optimize performance, scalability, and cost Team & Stakeholder Collaboration Mentor engineers and data scientists Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions Required Skills Technical Skills Strong programming in Java, Python LLMs (Transformers, embeddings, prompt engineering) Experience with: REST APIs, microservices Vector databases SQL/NoSQL databases
