Position Summary This role helps accelerate responsible AI adoption across the enterprise by connecting strategy, governance, community engagement, and practical execution. Working as part of the global AI team, the AI Enablement Manager will help identify opportunities, shape business cases, support the AI Technology Forum and Communities of Interest, partner with the AI Engineering team, and build lightweight tools or prototypes that help move ideas into action. The role supports the enterprise globally and may be regionally based to improve responsiveness and engagement in major markets. The approved operating model emphasizes enablement, shared learning, light-touch governance, and reusable capabilities rather than centralized control. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and shape AI opportunities into clear business cases and actionable project plans.
  • Partner with the AI Engineering team to move ideas from concept to working solutions.
  • Translate AI strategy, policy, and guardrails into practical guidance for teams across the business.
  • Support the AI Technology Forum through agenda development, coordination, and cross-regional follow-through.
  • Help grow Communities of Interest that drive learning, reuse, and adoption across regions.
  • Develop and maintain enablement resources such as playbooks, patterns, FAQs, and AI Hub content.
  • Surface successful use cases, tools, and patterns that can be shared and scaled across the enterprise.
  • Build lightweight agents, prototypes, and workflows that help test ideas and accelerate progress. Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Hands-on experience building, implementing, or scaling digital, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to shape business cases, translate complex requirements into practical action, and move projects forward.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and learning agility in a fast-changing environment. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, or responsible AI frameworks.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, or technical delivery teams.
  • Experience driving adoption, community engagement, or change management efforts.
