AI‑First Engineering Mindset Ability to design systems where AI, optimization, and decision intelligence are core to the architecture—not add‑ons. Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning Strong foundation in predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI techniques applied to complex, real‑world decision problems. Decision Intelligence & Optimization Experience building systems that balance service levels, cost, inventory, margin, and lead times using algorithmic decisioning. Data & Platform Engineering Expertise in designing scalable, cloud‑native, data‑driven platforms that support end‑to‑end AI lifecycles. MLOps & AI Governance Proven ability to operationalize AI models with enterprise‑grade monitoring, control, explainability, and security. Enterprise‑Scale Software Architecture Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event‑driven architectures, and integration patterns. Technical Leadership Ability to set engineering standards, guide senior engineers, and make architecture decisions across multiple teams.
