The role focuses on applications hosted on Azure cloud with Kubernetes infrastructure, managing distributed systems, and transitioning CI/CD pipelines from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions. The position also involves monitoring systems, handling transcript data streaming from Kafka platforms, and collaborating with care agents to address customer issues.
