Job Description

What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an AI Analyst Intern within our AI Center of Excellence function supporting all Corpay. In this internship you will support the AI Agent Building Capability to scale across the organization. This role helps ensure agents are effectively deployed, continuously improved, and delivering measurable value. This role operates within a structured AI delivery model, supporting testing and continuous improvement of AI agents. You will report directly to the VP of AI Collaboration and regularly collaborate with the business and its stakeholders. How We Work As a AI Analyst Intern you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities Acting as a first point of contact for users, supporting effective use of AI agents
Troubleshooting issues and identify common friction points in workflows Supporting testing of AI agents to ensure accuracy, reliability, and usability
Documenting issues, edge cases, and areas for improvement Supporting delivery of onboarding sessions and agent walkthroughs
Reinforcing best practices to drive consistent usage Creating clear, user-friendly guides, playbooks, and FAQs
Supporting internal communications to promote awareness and adoption Tracking usage, adoption, and early impact metrics across AI agents
Maintaining a centralized inventory of agents to support visibility and reuse
Capturing user feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements Supporting stage-gated delivery by documenting pilot results and performance against success criteria
Helping ensure adherence to defined processes and best practices Supporting documentation of successful use cases and outcomes
Assisting in enabling reuse across teams and functions Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree (Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field)
Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation
Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative
Analytical mindset with interest in performance, metrics, and outcomes
Comfort working within structured processes and frameworks
Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment What You Will Gain Hands-on experience supporting AI initiatives within a global organization
