Job Description:
As a Physical AI R D Senior Consultant in EY Physical AI (PhAI) Lab, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Physical AI initiatives. You will leverage your extensive experience to provide high-level guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams, enabling the successful integration of advanced technologies in robotics and AI applications. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how organizations harness the power of Physical AI, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions across various industries.
Minimum Skillsets:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Robotics or Mechatronics
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA platforms such as Omniverse, Isaac, and Cosmo.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey findings, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement to stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to guide project direction and support alignment with stakeholder objectives.
  • Experience in engaging with stakeholders at a strategic level, providing insights and recommendations that align with their business goals and operational needs.
  • Familiarity with data management and analysis tools, as well as experience in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes.
Preferred Skillsets:
  • An advanced degree (master's or Ph.D.) in a STEM-related field, such as Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI and robotics technologies, including awareness of emerging trends and best practices across industries.
  • Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with NVIDIA platforms such as Omniverse, Isaac, and Cosmo.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business value and innovation, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that leverage advanced technologies in AI and robotics.
