Job Description

This role focuses on the architecture and evolution of core AI platforms within a dynamic technology environment. The Senior Manager, AI Platform Architecture will lead a team of engineers and architects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to set strategic direction for platform architecture. This position is pivotal in ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems while fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of AI engineers, architects, and AI Ops engineers to develop and implement scalable AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the strategic direction of platform architecture. Ensure the reliability and efficiency of AI systems through best practices in architecture and automation. Drive the design and implementation of MLOps pipelines and AI Ops frameworks at enterprise scale. Champion innovation within the team, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes career development.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development or architecture, with a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of AI/ML ecosystems and experience designing MLOps pipelines. Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, particularly with AWS, Azure, Databricks, or Google Cloud Platform. Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.
