As an AI Enablement Training Lead, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) department supporting engineering teams. 80-95/hr What's the Job? Develop comprehensive training curricula to enhance AI proficiency among developers, focusing on context engineering, lifecycle management, and verification loops. Lead the transformation of the developer community from manual coding to AI-driven orchestration, utilizing hands-on training and peer-to-peer engagement. Design career migration paths that illustrate how roles will evolve within an AI-augmented environment, supporting professional growth. Standardize AI configuration practices, including training on enterprise standards and proper use of AI tools and skills. Collaborate with governance teams to embed rules, regulations, and best practices into daily workflows, promoting tool adoption and compliance. What's Needed? 15+ years of experience in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Microservices Architecture, demonstrating technical leadership. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot in enterprise environments. Extensive full-stack expertise with modern tech stacks including Java Spring Boot, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, and React. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences and foster a culture of continuous learning.
