Full-Time About the Role We are seeking talented and motivated AI Engineers with 2 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a high-priority hiring need for individuals who are passionate about building and deploying AI-driven solutions in a collaborative, in-office environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions Work with large datasets to train, test, and optimize models Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and product teams Implement scalable solutions using cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform Continuously evaluate and improve model performance Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning Required Qualifications 2 to 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks Experience with programming languages such as Python Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred) Solid problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments (Citizens experience preferred) Familiarity with MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines Exposure to data engineering concepts
