Job Description

We are looking for an AI/OCR Engineer with expertise in intelligent document processing, OCR technologies, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will design and implement automated document extraction, classification, and processing systems using Azure AI services and Python-based integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop intelligent document processing solutions using Azure AI and OCR technologies. Build and maintain document extraction schemas using JSON-based data models. Implement prompt-based data extraction leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). Develop document classification, categorization, and routing workflows. Create Python-based services and integrations for document processing pipelines. Integrate OCR and AI solutions with enterprise applications and workflows. Improve extraction accuracy, validation processes, and document processing efficiency. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand automation requirements. Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards for document data processing. Troubleshoot and optimize AI/OCR solutions in production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in AI, OCR, or Intelligent Document Processing solutions. Strong experience with Azure Content Understanding, Azure Document Intelligence, or similar OCR platforms. Expertise in JSON schema design and document extraction frameworks. Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-driven extraction workflows. Strong Python programming skills for automation and integration.
