Location:

Seymour, IN 12 month Contract to Hire Role Overview In this role, the Associate AI Specialist will support enterprise-wide AI adoption by helping employees learn to effectively and responsibly use AI tools. The role works closely with AI program leadership and a global network of AI Champions to help scale AI education, enablement, and best practices across the company. This position is part of the Brooksource Elevate Program, a workforce development initiative that provides customized technical training, professional development, coaching, and mentorship while consultants deliver meaningful business impact. Key Responsibilities Support AI training and enablement efforts for employees and AI Champions Assist in coaching users on practical, real-world AI use cases Create and maintain AI learning materials (guides, examples, short videos) Help organize AI communities, training sessions, and collaboration channels Test and explore AI tools to support evolving business needs Support basic processes related to AI tools, licensing, and responsible usage Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones Qualifications Required Recent Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Hands-on exposure to AI tools through coursework, projects, or internships Strong interest in applied AI and business impact Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users Willingness to learn quickly and operate in a fast-growing AI environment Preferred AI-focused internships, capstone projects, or research Experience creating documentation, demos, or training content Exposure to enterprise or collaborative technology environments What Success Looks Like Employees feel confident using AI tools in their daily work AI Champions are supported with clear, actionable resources AI training becomes consistent, scalable, and easy to access The consultant grows technically and professionally through Elevate coaching and mentorship
